Cantina San Donaci Anticaia Riserva Salento is a blend of Negroamaro (90%) and Malvasia (10%). It was matured for 24 months in oak barrels, so it owes its aromas to leather. Dark red in the glass. In the nose it releases a rich bouquet of leather, black pepper and red fruits. In the mouth, full, rough, we can smell ripe red fruits, jam, dried plums and spicy spices. The finish is warming, with strong tannins.
