Deep dark cherry red. Initially, plum and cherry fruit intermingle with spice notes. The wine then evokes notes of chocolate, licorice and crème brûlée, creating a very intense and complex bouquet. A rich bouquet of plums and dark berries harmoniously supported by spicy oak notes such as caramel and light roasted coffee beans. This full-bodied, powerful but balanced Shiraz has a rich and ripe tannin structure that will allow it to age very well and add additional value to its elegance over time.
