Description wina Etna Bianco DOC Pietrarizzo Tornatore
Pietrarizzo Contrada, since the last century, has been considered by local winemakers as one of the best cru in the Etna appellation. The vines used were Carricante with a small proportion of Catarratto. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 5mcy in large barrels and another 3mcy in bottles. This makes it fresh, mineral and with a delicate sweetness.
