Evocatus is a special selection of the best grapes from which Taurasi is made, left to age a year longer than classic Taurasi. Evocatus is a traditional ruby red wine with notes of orange. In the nose there is an intense bouquet of cherries, and the warm, dry, low-tannin and elegant taste confirms and enhances the olfactory experience.
It pairs well with roasted meat, game and long-matured cheeses.
