Intense, strongly colored, full of aromas and with a fairly high alcohol level. In the glass, it impresses with its beautiful ruby color, with reflections tending toward purple. Nice fruity nose. In the mouth, juicy and fruity with a slightly bitter background. On the tongue noticeable slightly unruly tannins. It goes well with roasts, spicy dishes and hard cheeses.
