Passerina Tullum is a wine obtained from the DOC Tullum Passerina grape from the municipality of Tollo in the province of Chieti. The superb DOC’s strict discipline and rigorous winemaking and production techniques make it a top-quality wine. An intense wine with floral aromas of broom and fruity aromas of apple, citrus and fragrant fruits, an elegant herbaceous aftertaste is noticeable. It has excellent acidity and persistence, with good flavor and pronounced minerality.
